Our Work
Family Ministries occupy a very important role in the life, function, and ministry of the Adventist Church. The church believes that according to the blueprint provided by God in the beginning, the family permeates every aspect of the church’s life. Family Ministries focuses on people in relationships. It is a ministry that provides tools for couples, parents and children, single adults, and all members of the wider family circle as they pass through life's predictable stages and confront unexpected changes in their lives.
The Family Ministries Department seeks to strengthen, inspire hope, and bring healing to marriages, families, and individuals through the abundant love and saving grace of Jesus Christ. Prepare families for the Kingdom of God to help hasten the coming of Jesus Christ
Its work includes:
- Training for family life educators to support the goal of marriage enrichment, family togetherness, Christian parenting development and more.
- Support and provide resources for conferences and missions Family Ministries departments.
- Support programs targeted to specific groups such as singles and couples and communities.
